Interesting Freeze Idea

 Share

Recommended Posts

I know this would probably never get put into the game, but a freeze shoots out super-cooled... something, right? And railguns use magnets, which work better the colder it is (generally speaking anyways) and capacitors charge faster the colder it is. So, what if a friendly freeze could spray you, and give you a damage/recharge boost. I know it would never happen, but I thought of it in chemistry class the other day.

The Firebrid Idea is failed but the Freeze is good.

Friendlies should get charged quickly rather than a Damage Increase because that would just make people use Freeze even more than the Rails and Isidas

no, because it doesn't help the freeze user at all... it just makes the railgun fire more powerfully, because the magnets are colder, so they're more conductive... which makes the slugs fire at higher velocities. And the cold would make the capacitors (basically the electrical floodgate that the batteries fill before the railgun fires... its like that whining sound you hear when charging the flash on a disposable camera, only much much bigger)

But if you turn the music on, they definitely need to change the sound for freeze.

Its sounds like a high pitched whistle.

They should make it like a wind or something.

And then you would have to add a firebird killing a rail easier' date=' IRL if a railgun s used when under fire from a flamethrower... say bye to your rail.[/quote']

scientifically speaking, heating it up wouldn't do much... unless its on the order of 5k+ degrees celsius

Freeze it self is already a mega powerful and wep and the freezing ability is far useful, I was catching up on a hornet m3 and and he was about to get the flag but my freeze slowed him down ALOT and killed him. Unlike firebird, he woulda still got it in because it don't freeze. And interesting idea by the way lol.

P.S: I think a firebird m3 should get a flame damage overtime but not on m0 m1 or m2 because lower levels will take advantage of that.
