That writing above is what it said on the official new product kit thread where seyrom guy said that what he mentioned above.

 

What does it mean, will it make me save crystals on the amount of upgrades of a weopon or hull I already bought or not

 

For example I have bought m1 mammoth and once I get the mammoth kit will I get a discount for the m1 I already have or not??

Back on topic... I was wondering the same thing, but I think the kits were made for purchasers, high price for an early unlock, I'm not so sure they'd care if you already owned something from that kit.

This is one huge positive for the kits (if you want to buy one). Let's say I have Thunder M0 and I buy the Medium Tank M2 kit. I will actually skip the M1 modification - it's completely free! This is especially if you have something M0 and buy an M3 product kit; no cost for the M1s and M2s.

If its against rules why they leave this option in chat box? there should not color option in chat box

if capital word against rules they should not be there, if use use capital word they should be converted in small letter

 

all rules for punish you & feel you that they have god power & you are general public

if moderator take some wrong action , how to complain?

Because you can use colors when writing important stuff, marking text, etc. However repeating 'answered' everywhere in yellow is not nice, can be considered as impersonating mods.

Not really because capital letters are needed..Of course for you, who write all your sentences without caps or punctuation - maybe yes, but usually people start new sentences with caps. Also when they need to mention some abbreviation (USA, PC, etc.) they're needed again.

Instead of suggesting different filters and stuff just read the rules and don't break them. That's all.

When you registered in the game you read and accepted its Rules & EULA. The rules clearly state what things are forbidden in the game and for what things you will get banned. If you don't agree with those rules - then technically you have no right to be here, since you didn't really accept the rules (and you cannot register without accepting them)

There are no rules AGAINST moderators (I know many players wish there were such)

There are moderators rules which tell us which things we can do, which things we are obliged to do and which things we are not allowed to do. However those rules aren't public, if you want to see them - become a moderator.
