-Must be the Rank of Captain and Up. (Future Members will be First LT- In some Cases.)

Recruitment should not be done by a topic in General, but through PM's and In-game Chat. If a topic were to be created for every upcoming clan, the forum would be heavily flooded.

There is a clan section for this reason, when you find enough members use this design as your clan Main page. The design is cool by the way.
