prob with serpehov map and iran

in serpehov map , when i move close to the buildings in the map,it lags alot. It doesnt lag in centre of the map i mean in open space. It works smooth in d centre of the map. The same thing happen in iran map. Tank doesnt move well i means it lags alot whn tank is close to the buildings. why it so? any solutions?

It's because you have a slow computer.

 

When in the middle, you only have to load half the map at a time in any direction. When you are on the edge, you have to load the entire map when you are looking at it, that's why your computer starts lagging. I bet when you turn away to face the abyss, it stop lagging.

 

Read these tips to help you raise your FPS and try clearing your browser cache and Flash Player cache. Also try to run Tanki Online as a separate application.

Give us details about your computer, and try to do what ^^ said, i don't think it will help anyway if you computer is too slow for tanki.

try disabling everything "Options" button go to the part where it says "to run it on wood"

i hve intel duel core. win 7 and 2 GB ram. otehr maps work well wid my comp. serpuhov n iran doesnt work well wid me. it lags alot in these maps.

Exactly, 2GB ram is quite small for win 7, coupled with your browser and the game probably makes it lag.

Try following the instructions in the links I've provided, if that doesn't work you'll just have to stick to smaller maps. That's what I had to do before I got this computer.

Not really. My computer is Win7 with 2GB RAM. And it never ever lags in or out the internet. My operating system is 32 bit. Well maybe that's why.

I am also facing a horrible issue. My fire isnt efecting at all and I am unable to pick any box either crystals or supplies :( Dont know whats wrong  :(  :angry:

This results due lags, refresh your page.

common. there r other bigger maps like kungur n bobrushik n 2042 n all they work perfectly with this comp. serpuhov n iran lags alot. so it were a prob wid big maps only thn other maps shudnt hv work too. its hard to understand.

Serpuhov is bigger than Kungur or Bobruisk. Iran wasn't made by the tanki team, but by some other guy, and he made all the props from scratch, which resulted in a much more resource-intensive map.

how abt desert. its one of  bigger map. still it works fine on my comp.

It also has far fewer props.
