Hello, i have lost my 2 accounts.

1) profile "ugaugaagu" i cant get in, password and email is change. 

2) Profile "tan.02" my friend get this profile but profile is my. plzz get bac my profiles. I am so bad.

We can not do anything. To recover it write to help@tankionline.com and explain what happened.

Your lost of email is your own responsibility, you should know that none other can help you to recover your email except YOU, if you have set an "security questions" you can recover your email, or thru an alternative email, if you got your email back then changing your password and account email is easy by following these steps

Once again, Tanki can not recover your email, only if you have access to it, you can change what you want from your account (pass/Email)
