Hi, my opinion is (from what i see), Moderator of chat do good job, so does Forum moderatotor, i do not see more flood as before and insults, even if someone trolling, in matter of seconds it's gone, consultants are good too, Reporters, hmm one issue of paper good, three issues terrible, they need some hard work! and improvments

Well, some suggestions were given, however they were downvoted by many moderators seemingly without reason. It seems like those moderators don't care enough to explain why they're opinion stands. I personally haven't seen a single post from a moderators in this topic that was satisfactory.

One staff member represents all of the staff. So if one does wrong, all do wrong. Some actions need to be considered, even if the whole staff is not at fault. Heh, I'm staff myself. However, I agree with you that the up/down votes are irrelevant to be arguing about.

Maybe they just disagreed with your opinions. Isn't that what the votes are for?

Still, maybe they just disagree. I did read your post. ;) I have read all the posts in this topic. 

 

But using alts shows that they are seemingly scared to admit it...

There were many non-alts of staff members who had voted there.

When I argue with someone and they don't reply but dislike my post, it usually means they have no argument. Flae (a mere example) does that to me all the time when I knockout his arguments.

Moderators, if you do have a rebuttal, speak up. This is the thread where you're allowed to speak about these things.

You know why I use the voting option mainly? To show I agree or disagree or like or dislike, just that, nothing more. If I want to give a reason I will state it, if not, I won't. Some of you might want an explanation, arguments or reasons for everything, but sometimes there are none, just the feeling of dislike or like. I'm not trying to say people should randomly do things without thinking, I'm just saying that there isn't always a (good) reason for it.
E.g. Someone says: I like tomatoes. And I vote up that post, do you want me to explain why I like tomatoes? (very basic example)

Well,I don't want to say to much about the staff... I lost my old account pass/forgot and I can't get the account back :( my Max Rank account.. Well thats not the point.What I think of staff is not that bad.. I mean they do there job and everything they just got to do it friendly.They can't just say something lets say someone put I dont like

Hi guys, i think Consultants are good, so does Cybersport, i enjoy their HD stream, forum mods, very fast with dealing with complaints in the forum, always forward complaints to chat mods, i often get confused and send them screens and they forward it for me, reporters, i don't think that they do much job, honestly, very low quality articles, i just feel they write anything, however i;m optimist that with time, adminstrators will change few  staff and make quality article and more fresh fun ideas!

Thank you for your feedback. We try our best to improve with every issue, and I think that we have. Some articles may seem boring to you, but that's why we try to have plenty of selection! We recently hired some new reporters, and it is great to see the enthusiasm with which they are working. :)

I never said the staff HAVE to respond to us. I do feel however that they should respond to us because it's better if us members heard their side of the whole situation. While they're not obligated to respond, I think they should and this is the thread for it.

 

Disliking the post shows that you disagree with what we're saying, whatever, sure, but giving an elaboration never hurt no one.

In this situation, there's definitely a reason for why you disagreed with what we're saying in such a situation because said situation doesn't have a "closed" answer or can be finished off with a "yes or no".

 

"What do you think of the staff?"

 

"Yes."

 

You should know that's nonsensical. This situation a little bit more complex than that. I'm not gonna get into the staff disliking posts on their alts because frankly, I don't care, but I would prefer if they elaborated on why they disliked the posts in the first place.

I do question how quickly a moderator comes to the rescue in a game, especially regarding a hacker in a game.

Two occasions last week:

it took a long while till a Moderator dealt with a hacker in a game, but it was surprising to see that culprit received a one month ban, as seen on Chat. Why only one month, hackers are seriously bad. 

The second occasion was when the Moderator never came to the rescue at all. For that, the Hacker was laughing and teasing us in the game.

we all know how to vote, but there should be consistency from the Moderators.

 

I also would like the Moderator to personally check why a gamer is being voted out of a game and try and prevent if possible. So maybe engage the voters and the victim in chat before taking any action.

The reason why, when somebody is voted out of the game, you cannot rejoin, when the game restarts from the beginning. This is unfair on the genuine gamer who is probably victim of arrogant gamer's.

One gamer told me that he was voted out just because he got the gold box and the other gamer's were bitter about it.

I was voted out of a game, doing ok mid table. Suddenly I was kicked out with no explanation.

Honestly, I really wasn't sure what you were saying. If my conclusion was absurd, you'll have to admit that, once in a while, even you say absurd things. I agree that we (staff) should share opinions and give reasons for what we do, however, I think that we should be able to remaine silent (unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary) without getting shot down for not saying anything.
