Definitely firebird, the most powerful short range weapon and there are few players using strong protection against firebird. But the shortfall of firebird is short charge which last 4 seconds, so you have to use your ammo very wisely. So it's up to you by either helping your team freezing enemy or unfreeze your frozen team mate.
