You could tell them the amount of money you bought crystals with, and wich payment processor.

It was like a year ago, I really don't remember these things anymore :|

I got some questions about this:

7. Where do you play from (country, region, city)?

Please provide a screenshot containing your external IP address from the page http://whatismyipaddress.com and place it on a free image hosting website such as:http://imageshack.us/

What if you have a dynamic ip?

That's ok, you can still provide your dynamic ip. It doesn't matter for the technical support if it is static or dynamic. What matters is that you played from the same ip before.

what if ip gonna changed with in two or 3months?

Because i sometime changed my internet provider due to fluctuating prices of internet in my region. so i changed my internet after 2 or 3 months and i even dont know my previous ip's.

You can send an ip of the current provider. The support will ask you some questions depending on a specific case to clarify the situation. There are special algorithms for that, don't worry.

i have lost lot of crystals due to lag why do i never get a refund? i sent proof but they always say:

"Unfortunately we cannot refund you on your lost crystals"

it is like i am talking to a answering machine.

Usually technical support gives detailed answers to every user. If you think that your crystals should have been returned, PM me and we will look into it.

Hmmm I have lost 2 accounts and when I email you both times the answer was a no. I think you really need to make sure what your thinking is correct. Just saying that workers need to think VERY carefully about the emails they receive. :) Some useful stuff. Thanks

Agreed, my answer is always ' Unfortunately the information you provided is incorrect. Account return is impossible'.

I'm just sat there thinking ' Huh! My account was hacked! That's like a year of my life put into that!' And now there is no way of me getting it back?? Oh we'll I think to myself I'll just have to start again'.

I think Tanki needs to develop another way of getting your account returned.

Semyon you can PM me if you want more info :) Just an idea

But my ip changes every few days/week because we have a dns provider.
