Halloween paint sale: 13% or 66%?

Before you mods reach for the lock button, I don't know when or if such a sale is going to come but if one were to come, would you prefer the paints to be on sale at 13% or 66%?

Some, as quick as lightning may say "omg 66%!" but remember, just as it'll you give an edge in game, it will also give others an edge.

The question is: 13% or 66%

 

I feel last year's sale was sorta lackluster so even if there's no paint sale, I hope they can do better than last year.

I made a topic asking a different question. Though that post can actually answer the question. Thanks for posting my opinion on the matter though - saves me time...

Haha, strange. In battle I've encountered several tanks named ''Roma,'' with ranks from Sergeant, WO, Major, and even Generalissimo. Could it be that there is a small chance that they might be all the same people? Especially since there is a Gens. . . .

+1, 13% would make more sense IMO, in terms of keeping the game balanced and the obvious 'unlucky number' thing... but I guess most people'd say 66%, ignoring the fact that this'd give everyone an edge as you said, or even 100% if you gave them the choice :P

You're not a low ranker and I don't know why you're assuming the way they think too. 

Not all low rankers are young players - in fact, the duration of them have some sort of common sense.
