You don't need rules for drugging. Or at least you don't have to make them, because the one you got there are no different from the usual situation. That happens in every battle, so yes, you can always drug. I think you rather posted reasons instead of rules.

When u was r rank I saw dictator and freeze drugging a lot too and it was awesome because they always got flags and stuff.

If you've played tanki for any amount of time over 2 months and you still complain about drugs, I suggest you go play WOT or minecraft. "Drugs" are part of this game, period. The devs put them here, not the players; they are not cheats, they are not "unfair" advantages, they are not just for the rich or untalented or "noobs". Supplies are enhancers only and are not a substitute for playing ability. If they were, I should be able to activate them and WALK AWAY from my mac and still win battles. But I can't, can I.

 

If you think I'm wrong... try answering this very short and to the point quiz:

 

Do you still use the same tank as the day you started?

Do you still use the same armor as the day you started?

Do you still use the same weapon as the day you started?

Do you drive around drugs that fall from the sky?

Do you never, ever use the drugs given to you as a daily gift?

Do "drugs" drive tanks, aim for players, strategize for players, or do anything other than enhance options chosen by the player?

 

So, since anyone that is honest will not have answered to yes to even one question, we are ALL drug users, and WE ALL WANT TO PLAY AT OUR BEST. ALL OF US. No exceptions! Some of us just use more than others. BUT WE ALL USE THEM. PERIOD. Those that complain want to feel superior or just have an excuse for getting horrible Kill/Death ratios. Most of the whiners are players with m3 mammoths with great amor and m3 weapons that can stand up to medium and small tanks and just drive away. Nice to be able to complain when you are so hard to kill. 

 

If you cant afford to buy, fine... don't whine about those of us that support this game so that you can play for free. "Drugs" only enhance attributes that players have chosen.. they do not guarantee success. Size has become the biggest factor on tanki in the last year, with the biggest tanks being able to dominate and take over whenever they want. Try playing Silence II when a clan of generalissimos all driving M3 mammoths show up and take over with 8 minutes to go. If you want Tanki to be fair, try suggesting that NO battle can have a percentage of mammoths over 25% on either side. 

 

Feel free to call me a troll. From here on out whiners will be referred to as "Grums", especially those of you that cry about drug use on the opposing team while half your team is drugged to the max. DRUGS are here to stay. Deal with it, or go play bubbles attack or fruit ninja.
