because a lot of people who play this game are under sixteen. and admittedly, the forum is a pretty cool place, even with all the noobs ruining it.

 ok, I understood nothing in the first part, but I did understand the second part. and now the mods are probably going to close this cuz "my question was answered" or something like that <_< and I totally disagree with the whole more mature thing.
