100m sprint time

Well, that weight will definitely help when you try to run after taking them off. It's sort of like using a heavier blade for practicing fencing. It might only be a few grams heavier than a competition blade, but when one gets used to their practice blade and switches, they'll be able to move crazy fast. :)

What kind of terrain you run at? flat/hills, i personally live in a hill area so it's my natural running zone :)

I don't run. I slowly shuffle, and sometimes I crawl.

XD

We don't do a 100m at my school, we have a 50m testing instead, on which I think I did somewhere around 6.55 or something... double that and that's what I'll probably do for 100m.
