fly hack, or not a fly hack ?

I assume from her nick "MISIS" that she is a girl.. So, she was shooting at me from a place where I think it is impossible to get there with a railgun without using a fly hack

I would understand if it was a ricochet. I know ricochet climbs up such flat hills.. But railgun too ?

 

So I prepared a trap for her to destroy me, so that together with her shooting and her name while she  destroys me would be visible on the screen. Have a look

 

 

A clear shot right ? So somebody tell me, is this a fly hack ? Or how she got there? I was there around but I haven't found any way to the top of it without climbing that flat hill

She can't do that in this battle. It was a drug battle between high ranks.. I couldn't even get near that hill but just destroyed in seconds

So, I don't think that there was a silent moment to do it with the help of another tank in that crazy drug battle. And you can also see that blue Mammoth with drugs from our team which is just under that hill

So, no there can't be a moment that she got help from another tank. They would get both destroyed instantly

How can I get more proof? She doesn't fly all the time like others do. She perhaps landed there while nobody was looking. Or even if they were looking nobody takes the videos at the first time but if only the event is repeated several times

So she was there once and that's it. no idea how she got there though
