So here a quick recap of My problem I used to have a accunt called zuko122 it is a second lietenant and It was my main accunt i all tanks and guns and most were eather m1 or m2,one day i was playing and then i logged off (note my accunt password had been hacked but i fixed the problem real nice a few months before) any way my email was linked to my accunt so i was able  to change my password anytime,the next day i logged on i tried to sign in using my password and acunt name i usally use but no luck it keept saying incorret pass or accunt name so after a week i try getting help in fourms but i didnt have accunt,i even went on tani online facebook page to get help but still none so i created a new accunt(this one and used it as my main accunt for a few months) i tryed 1 important factor cheaking for players in the game and i was happy to see my name zuko122 in the data base as a player with all the carastics i had like date created and rank etc,i made sure i did one more thing cheak third party sites for tanki online password to make sure my accunt wasnt in the list and it wasnt there,so today i tryed a new tactic i used the new friend feature on tanki online click sent requests and typed in zuko122 to sent a request to that accunt and it poped up in sent request list exact spelling(for example mines was zuko122 Not Zuko122 or so u get the point)and it was the ame rank i left it when i last got to play it a few months back,i tried using to recover accunt button and using my email but its my other secondary accunt that keeps poping up(1 more thing i had 1 more accunt i used to recrut new people like my friends to play this game and get a nice start the accunt name was tankmaster11 and it turns out it got banned beacuse of hacking something am still wondering about and at that time i did not have this accunt because i didnt create it yet)so theres nothing i can do that concludes the story so the question am asking is can the admins help me to recover my accunt back i realy would like to play on that accunt again because i would like to use the crystals from the realance(remember i didnt get to play on that accunt for months before the rebalance and i would like to use my crystals to get guns i realy like if i get to acces my accunt.also any sugggestions or advise will help and note i will help to prove that zuko122 is realy my accunt and am not intruding if admin conmes around to look at this am not asking am begging for help ill pay u or do any thing u want if u help me admin ill even be a secert spy for u and help get rid of hackers.

I remember you for something, but that's beside the point. What you need to do is send an email to help@tankionline.com. You have to know what to tell them to prove it's your account and get it back etc, so I highly recommend reading this topic (just the original post, not the posts) and getting information from it.
