Which is better? Idk, I only need one.(And i'm too lazy to download and try both)

And do not tell me to buy photoshop, I'm not gonna waste like £80

I use modded Paint.NET for all the images I produce, so its pretty effective. I hear GIMP has plenty of capabilities, but I don't want to study a different program all over again.

I use Gimp. There is a lot of video tutorials and website that give tips on how to create different effects. It is easy to use.

I use GIMP, I have Paint.net too, but haven't used it yet, so i wouldn't be able to compare the 2. With GIMP, once you've learned a few basics, its quite easy, just use trial and error to figure out all the filters etc.

Never used GIMP. :) I've used PAINT.net but PhotoShop is the best.

Regarding your last bit, 'And do not tell me to buy photoshop, I'm not gonna waste like £80' but thx for replying and to others too

Same, but I don't have any plugins. :)
