We have 205 helpers (all communities), 50 of them got the paint, I think that so many protests are not justified, it is 0.08% of the average available online. For cybersport have been given 200 + paints. :)

Yes, but you must realize that 50/205 is around 1/4 staff will get it. That means that even if you work like what a staff member will be, there will be a VERY GOOD chance that you will get one of the top paints in THE WHOLE GAME. For cybersport, there are 200+ paints, which many of them we have to compete with the other communities, especially the Russians. The only paint given to english and only english is Lucky 7. 15%

Additionally, 200+ out of I'll say 15 million people each day is a LOT LESS than 1/4 <_<

Even more, I don't think it is distributed evenly. If it actually was "the best helpers" then 49/50 of the Helper paints will go to Russians. However, I do not think this is the case.

 

Please learn your math and come back when you have reached my level. It's a lot higher than you think ;) (Calculus while in 9th grade)

Also, learn to be logical ok

I am just saying if you staff need all these things to keep you motivated and are not doing your best, then you guys better recheck the qualifications

Acid and gladiator are available for English people as well. I thought even 'star' could be won by English people. There are plenty of paints available for you, so maybe you could start playing and beat others to win those paints, instead of complaining. because I don't think your responses make any sense. So, do we even deserve those paints? They are given to the best, and we are obviously not the best. A ToF only for the English Community will never work, just because we don't have enough people to play it. It would be too easy to win. I can remember in the last ToF there was 1 category where you got a prize if you won just once. That's not what we need. Let's first get on the level of the Russian clans, so we can compete them in different tournaments. Why do we want a paint we would deserve if we don't deserve it? About 'helper'. People who put an effort in Tanki Online deserve this paint, because they did put an effort in the game. They help the community to reach forward.

 

P.S. Do not talk about my ToF participation, because I was on holiday. I couldn't play the game :)

Hmm, lets see. most of the great english players didn't join that tourney, except for you. My team didn't join the TOF dream team. if we joined juniour one we might have won. secondly if i joined tof thunder or something i bet i could get top 32 finsh lol. also u missed the quotes i made after when joots was saying english commmunity sucks and semyone did too and i wa pawning them :lol:

Can't quote properly on my phone, so I'll split it up in 2 parts, both for 1 thing you said.

 

I don't think the paint staff gets should be counted in. They have not any protection so if that is problem, I honestly and with all respect think that's a matter of jealousy. You barely see them ingame, because protection paints are preferred. About the crystals, you must know staff don't do their job for the crystals. They do it for the fun. That's hard to deny. Because then you are talking about the staff who are going just for the powers, crystals and paints. They are motivated by it. A staff member who is motivated by the fun in the job will perform way better, because he/she likes the job. On this way you filter the staff who do it for the fun or for the crys. So, in fact the crystals are not the motivation for the current staff to be staff. Of course it is nice to have it, and I think staff deserves them. But they have no value for staff as I stated above, while that 'helper'paint does have value, even for you guys who don't like it (otherwise there wouldn't have been complaints). All staff likes to wear it, so they try their best to get it a month. Another difference with award paints is that this paint is gone after a month, while an award paint lasts longer in garage. Believe me, staff know it is temporarily in their garage.

 

 

Second point: I never said I am good, in fact I'm sure I won't win the ToF because I'm not good enough. I said we don't deserve the awardpaints as we are not good enough, neither am I, and I admit that.

I honestly can't remember where that was. I don't think that's literally, because I never said such things. There is a difference between: 'something sucks' and 'we are not good ENOUGH'. I capitalized 'enough' so you understand that we are good, but that we need to be better to win. That's different from what you said.

I can agree with that. Is there a specific reason it's 18%? This is a question meant for the developers, or anyone who speaks what they said regarding the reason it's 18% and not something like 14%, which would make the tournament lovers feel better and be sufficient for those awesome staff who work very hard. I acknowledge they work hard, hard enough for 14%. If they love their job, they'd be just as satisfied with 14% than the former, fact. Meanwhile, the tournament lovers would feel more satisfied as well. So, is there a specific it is 18%?
