I remember one time at a school football game, I was goalkeeper. Made an epic save with my hand, broke my wrist. Totally worth it :lol:

Yep, but a miniature version, just to hold it still whilst it healed - it was quite a severe break, my toe turned mostly purple for a bit due to the resultant bruising  ^_^

Tell me about it... I accidentally kicked a rock one time, full force like a complete *****, and my toe was in a pleasant purple color for about a month.

Yeah.. Im that guy at school who no one messes with.. muwahahaha xD

and, wow, you play foot ball? :o

FLOORball it's like hockey but with a ball instead of the disc thingy

I'm the captain of the girls team  B)

Worst injury: When I broke one of my toes. Wasn't so bad at all, didn't need to go to hospital since my Dad, who is rather conveniently a surgeon, put it in a cast himself. I haven't really been injured before otherwise...

(EDIT) Hope the fracture gets sorted out :)

My dad massaged my somewhat broken left elbow he's awesome at it

he then put a minature cast on

Hockey is generally played with a ball on astroturf, whereas ice hockey is played with a disc on ice... Floorball just sounds like ordinary hockey from the way you've described it, so what's the difference?  :huh:

It's good having parents who are doctors/have some sort of medical knowledge... except on school trips, when I invariably end up being made to take vitamin tablets along with general painkillers such as paracetomol/ibuprofen with me (at the very least), even though I'm probably never going to need 'em. Ah well, at least I can never really get ill ^_^

It also gets annoying when your parents start to diagnose random people on the street as having some sort of illness. For example, my Mum might go: "That child over there is walking in a slightly slumped manner. Hmm, possibly early signs of some sort of gait abnormality; I'd recommend for him to book an appointment through his local general practitioner to see a podiatrist or chiropractor."

My response: "Maybe he's just grumpy or unhappy about something?"  :rolleyes:

I sprained my left ankle at school when I was 9. To treat the ankle, my dad called a masseur. I felt like my ankle was being crush by a 100 ton rock when that masseur massaged me. IT WAS REALLY PAINFUL! While the masseur torturing me, my mom was crying. I screamed so loud,  the whole neighborhood came to my house to see what's going on!

I will never ever get a massage anymore in my whole life!

p/s: I'm not kidding. This is a real story!

MY dad IS a masseur

I can't escape it... :wacko: someone please save me T-T

When i broke and sprained my elbow he massaged it with some sort of oil that BURNS, then he added ginger to my minature cast to 'absorb the coldness in my elbow so its easier to pull it back in place Its was also somewhat dislocated

never ice skating again

Someone threw a rock at me when I was 7 or something.

A big rock... at my head. There was blood everywhere.

That was one of those dumb games I did with my friends.

We had 6 guys, throwing rocks at 1 guy with a jerrycan as shield.

Swapping positions every minute.

Was a great game... until someone got hit ofcourse.

Heh, Ohh man; I cried so much.

Remember it, as it was yesterday.

:wacko:  Whoa. That's got to hurt. No permanent damages, right?

While doing some Free Running, broke my wrist twice...

How in the world do you do that?!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, I've got a cast now for my Left Ankle.
Turns out I fractured it, and sprained my foot. -_-
It'll take about 1-2 months, . . . :(  Hurts so much. :mellow:
First aid? Parents've already got me to do that :rolleyes: I never do much work in Biology lessons, because my classmates go to me rather than to the teacher for help, which gets pretty annoying after a while... >.<
There's a scar behind my ear, you can't see it; unless you know it's there. :mellow:
Well, everyone knows it's there now.  :D I hurt my finger in basketball, my index went farther bent backwards to an 90 degree angle. HURT! (Don't try to do it purposely)
Well, when you do a vault and your foot is still behind the fence, you fall forward. Than trying to catch yourself with your hands, but the smack was too hard and broke my wrist. Happened twice  :mellow:
