If a person has the email YOU used to register how in the world do You GET THE ACCOUNT BACK !! Somebody hacked my other account named clawman , search it up its a 1 star

The technical support might be able to delete the excisting e-mail adress bounded on your account, and give you an option to bound a new one; if you've proven to be the right owner of it.

Depending on their work load, it takes up to 1-30 days. Usually you get a ticket number, saying where you are in the queue, But i personally think it doesn't take no longer than 3 weeks, as My acc got stolen once.

Yes, As you can see I am doing perfectly fine, all you have to do is explain the problem in details, so they understand fully well enough.

Then the probability of getting it back will go down, most of the details has to be correct, like email used to bind the account, if you purchased crystals with real money, what was your last upgrade, and when did you lose it?

P.S. who are you? clawman is a good friend of mine, and if that was you he would've recognized me. Plus the fact that you dont know whats your rank is called makes it suspicious, No Offend.
