MU's will be implemented approximately 1 week after New Physics. New Physics is almost ready for completion and there should be an open testing session soon.

Calm down, it won't help anyone when they hurry up and make a bad job.

I rather have them do it just once and then properly.

Is there going to be a test for the MU open to everyone, or at least a “How To” video explaining all the details. Like if you can undo MU’s and other adjustments, etc., before the MU reaches our garage?

Most likely there will be an open testing of MUs. As for the guide, we will do it if a significant number of players have difficulties with using the system when it's released.

You cannot test Micro-Upgrades yet, but later on there may be an open testing for players.
