^It is referred to as a rebalance by Tanki, yes, but there will be no refund.

After reading up to Page 3, I'm just shaking my head. That video was very clear- how could some still not get it?!

 

Basically, they've removed the chance of Failure.

 

Furthermore, the biggest Micro-upgrades will take place in the first few or several Micro-upgrades. Which means your first Micro-upgrades will be big jumps, such as +3 or +2. However, as you reach the limit of MU's (Micro-upgrades), it will start jumping my tenths, maybe +.01 or +.02.

 

In addition to that, if you Micro-upgrade something 100%, then the next FULL-Upgrade, meaning ''M#'' will be 75% cheaper. So lets say Viking M3's regular price is 195,600 crystals. However, if you Micro-upgrade Viking M2 to its maximum, the price for a Viking M3 will be -75%, which means instead of being priced at 195,600 crystals, it will be priced at only 48,900 crystals. For the people who cannot Micro-upgrade to the limit and get a 75% chance discount, you will still be able to reach a 25% or maybe 50% discount.

 

There is no 75% Garage Discount.

My Opinion: It's tolerable now. :P  I guess I won't mind it that much. Besides, think about it. Anyone can spend a few crystals getting +3 or +2 MU's without failure. Then the Buyers will really just get an edge of +0.02 or +0.01%. So they won't be that much of a hassle unless they're using something like Smoky of course. :rolleyes:  If you catch my drift.

I've a Question -> Say we Micro-upgrade our item and the next full upgrade is down by 35%. If there is a Garage sale of 25%, will the two combine and become 60% Discount? But only for that item that I've Micro-upgraded. :huh:

Balancing and making changes to the parameters of all hulls and some turrets to "balance them" so they are relatively equal to one another.

Why need English subtitles in an English video?  :huh:

the point is ... I try to explain better. This is a community with a lot of people from many countries. Tanki already made a forum for german speakers, russian speakers (and this is good !) and an english forum for ... all others :-) This is a good idea; there are people from all europe and more, lots of languages ! May be (I always think so) the english Tanki and the english forum are for ... whom doesn't speak Russian or German. 

Ok, people from USA / GB / etc. and people who speaks english well, doesn't need english subtitles; people who doesn't speak english still cannot understand ... but IMHO  a lot of people (like me, from Italy) could be more happy with english subtitles on the english video of Tanki. 

With subtitles in one single languages (english) you could help a lot of people, a little help to understand better.

Freeze and Fire is understandable for a Wasp, but Twins I doubt will be a threat to you. :P No need wasting MU's on that.

Yep. :P Not to mention with a Wasp you'll be practically flying past them. You'll probably only get hit maybe once or twice. So save your Cry to upgrade another protection or item.
