Forum page looks weird

How can I solve this?

ban this player, my norton security said that this page is too risky and has found 2 risks detected i cannot screenshot coz it takes me off the page immediatly and it shuts down

Well, that's your problem. For me, it works just fine. Don't jump to conclusions and tell the moderators to ban the player. In fact, you're breaking a rule by making a false report.

it's just a lighshot site.

tsdd, try opening the forum on another browser than IE.
