Rule problem

"The forum and chat are for people of the age of 16 and older. When the User passes to a forum or in a chat, he confirms that he is 16 and older."

-Game rules

This is incorrect as the user does not only have to be a "he"

Fix it

I know noone cares (including me), but the next thing you know a girl is suing tanki for big money.

it is technically correct to put he.

learn the english grammar please

If you do not know the person in the english language one assumes the person is a "He" as Frank says: how ever languages evolve and this should be changed linguistically

Rules aren't some random text written just to take away your freedom. There is much legal stuff behind them. Same with the EULA.

I'm barely 15 and nobody cares!

The forum and chat are for people of the age of 16 and older. When the User passes to a forum or in a chat, he or she confirms that he or she is 16 and older.

This is written so if someone sues Tanki for something his children saw in the forum, Tanki can defeat themselves, by stating the forum is 16+, and that children read and agreed to the rules before entering (thus, they confirmed they're 16+). As I said - legal things.

So I am not even supposed to be here? You can get banned for not being 16 and joining this forum? Well there are many people below 16 here, really...

Technically yes :P

Bans are done with proof, we have no proof you are 16 or 60.

True

No it isn't actually. It only refers to a male, look

1.
used to refer to a man, boy, or male animal previously mentioned or easily identified.
So where do the females come into this??

Please, if you do not know the English language, please do not speak. A dictionary only defines the term, it is not it's literary meaning.

To avoid saying he/she every time there is a singular pronoun (they does not work because it is plural), many grammar style guides (plus traditional writing) accepts the fact that he refers to both a male and female. It is just like "man" could be used for man and woman.

P.S. just found out that there are multiple definitions of he

Look at the other definitions of "he":

1.
the male person or animal being discussed or last mentioned; that male.
2.
anyone (without reference to sex); that person: He who hesitates is lost.
