Why are staff members are forbidden to tell how much they receive for doing their job?

 

Why don't you just add it to the 'How to join the Staff team' topic?

 

It will get more players interested in joining the team, there are many extra spots for Moderators/Consultants.

 

Another thing, why can't the English community's players cannot apply to be Map makers?

 

Really, Tanki should have a look at all of the above in order to make the English community more comfortable.

Because it will cause wave of players saying how unfair it is, that staff does nothing but gets paid, etc.

It will get more players interested in joining the team, there are many extra slots for Moderators/Consultants.

Not really. It will cause wave (again) of players applying, hugry for crystals, with no actual skills - we don't need such staff members, and admins will waste much time on sorting such apps, where people applied just for the salary.

Staff members apply for the job itself, because they want to help the game, then find out about the pay and its amount. That's how it should be.

Map makers' work is on pause at the moment at all (bold text). Once it gets to work again, a decision about EN/DE helpers will be made.

 

Now, I'm sorry, but I will close this. Your questions about pay can be considered as discussing administrators' work. Even if we leave that, there's still no point of leaving that open - you're basically giving suggestions to admins and players (that will come here to discuss the same thing) cannot help you in any way. Week or two ago there was the Feedback on staff topic, there you could give suggestions about staff's work. However it's now closed. Till it gets opened again (if), your suggestions about staff can only be heard and taken under review in Semyon's PM.
