I'm sorry, I do not comprehend you fully. :unsure: Are you saying that you bought Mammoth m2, then you bought Twins m1. Then Twins m1 was taken out of your garage. Then you earned the crystals for Twins m1 back. Then you tried to buy it again, but made a mistake and bought Shaft m1? If I'm wrong, would you mind explaining your problem?

I can't email them on behalf of you, maybe you didn't explain well and they misunderstand, make sure you resend with "Clear" information, not copy pasting what's here, i had problems with understanding it.

They take things back only if somebody else was on your account and spent crystals. If you bought twins m1, doesn't meter even if you were drunk, they won't take it back, because it's your fail - your problem.

ok i am sorry i lied, i was playing tanki with railgun m1 and then it said connection closed by server and it was 50 percent discount and i was playing to get m2 isida, i logged back on and said sa,e thing connection closed so i quickly did it then i did the email password to my hotmail then i changed it, before u know it i got twins m1 and shaft m1, i lied coz people would say its ur fault coz of ur password, i was planning to get mammoth m2 but i changed to isida m2, my password contained 9 lettters half captial and 2 numbers and it wasn't obvious hope this helps

If you were "truly" hacked, then yes they can, if you are lying on them, they can know you are lying and there was no hacking or someone else entering your account.

If you are "truly" hacked, E-Mail them and explain in much possible details when the hacker bought the guns, they will refund you.

If you are not hacked, they wont and they will deny your request of refund. 

I advice you to say the truth, there's no point at lying to tanki, they know everything about your account, and who logs in from it, and what really happened.

i have said the truth i did get hacked and cannot remember buying m1 twins i had to play with m1 twins coz it was used instead of mammoth m2 i was surely hacked, then someone came on my account and bought shaft m1 on 50 percent sales and i should around 55k all together
