Forum is confusing

Hi.

 

When I press compose a new message in my banned account, it shows this;

 

Dear tankmen! Due to technical issues, the forum is temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience!!

 

Although I have pressed it 5-6 hours ago and I got the same message.

 

So? What to do?

Unfortunately to say, it is impossible to compose a new message when banned. Now, I haven't been banned in awhile, so I have no idea if you can add someone to a conversation when banned. If you can--great :) You can add anyone you want to, and ask the guy that was originally messaging to you to leave if he hasn't already. If you can't--tell a friend or anyone in a previous conversation to add the person you want to message, then tell that player to leave, unless you don't mind him saying. If you're passionate that you should be allowed to make a conversation when banned, put the idea over here and will listen to it and see it ;) Good luck! :)

When you are banned you can't look at profiles, but you can compose a massage in the setting of your account on the top right corner of your forum screen

You can? Because I normally have the same problem as you have today when I'm banned. Weird. In this case, I have no idea how to fix it. Hopefully a Consultant or someone great like @Whitee can come and help you out :) Good luck once again :)
