Game problem - K_O_M_A_H_D_I_P team killer - but M2 thunder useless

I am not sure how this happens, and sadly I have no video proof because he left when battle ended - before I got a video.

I have three screenshots of what was happening.

I think there is a problem with M2 targeting.

 

 

K_O_M_A_H_D_I_P was being a team killer in a  game of Silence with friendly-fire on.

I have no problem with team killer - annoying but can be handled by killing him back - other players on my team killed him, but I could not.
He was wearing Zebra paint and a hornet hull with firebird turret.

 

He can kill me, but my shots pass right through him many times when I tried to hit him when he was burning me.

Other players with twins or freeze did kill him.

Sometimes I could make some damage via splash damage.

 

This happened many times before I started to try get a video as well.

I just had pretty much the same problem but can't find any help. I came to the forum to see if there was an easy way to report people who do this.
