Yesterday someone hurt my feelings, broke tanki rules. Encouraging me to use obvious language and want me to fight with him and target my religion. I have the 2 screen shots. I send to chat moderator privately but he refused because i made little black circles around the violated massages.

He says as community manager order him to refuse th the edited image. I understand mod's situation. But what about my feelings or someone else feelings who get hurted and then refused just to point out the violater.

Instead of punish them this rule is actually encourage them. I want answer from community manger. Please respond.

Chat moderators do not accept edited screenshots sir, it might have been fake, so in under no case they can accept edited messages, next time do not edit them.

can you define "edit screanshot"?

is it mean if a single dot put on screen shot then you will reject right.

 

PS. my screan shot was not cropped . its whole screen's shot. and i just put little circles on it. massages are very clearly viewable.

What's the problem? If you captured it with lightshot or program which saves the picture anywhere, just look for it and give it to a mod. Problem solved! I too had this problem when someone asked me for my account, though I managed to find the original pic through the google chrome history and got him banned, why not do the same?

I already replied you via message - we are forbidden to accept altered screenshots, you have to send us original ones. And I didn't tell anything even remotely similar to "community manager ordered me to refuse them", I simply told you that we are bind by the rules of the administration as well as players are, and we have to abide by them. Next time, just send us screenshots without any black circles drawn, red arrows or anything similar, and players who broke the rules will be dealt with.
