Stolen and blocked account

My account was stolen and blocked about 1 month ago. I already asked administrators and help@tankionline but they didnt understand what I told them. They say that I gave my account to a third person and broke the rules but it wasnt my fault. My brother has taken my cellphone. On the cellphone there were the password of my tanki account and the password of the email of my tanki account. First he insulted other people with my account so it got banned forever, then he gave a friend of him and mine the password of the email so he has stolen the account. He just changed the email. As the account got blocked he apologised and gave me my account back on my email but of course its still blocked. So I think it wasnt my fault and I hope for a solution.

I know. I wrote to help but they didnt listen and just said "unfortunaly account return is impossible".

Sadly, the account return is impossible, you shouldn't let your brother access your phone, you should have kept your information in a safe place. 

Now it's too late, and due to that you can not get your account back, Sorry.
