Yeah that's annoying. Especially when you if it's a long battle and you've been playing a long time. You'd be glad for it to be over and get your reward, but this tank just doesn't capture.

I was gonna say that, but you replied first  :D, but it fortunately doesn't have any stupid music along with it, well, not that I hear of.

Not really, they're doing it just to increase fund :P They keep it until they kill more and get higher fund, then cap. Could be annoying, yes, but nothing will be done about it, it's part of the game.
