Good luck, I wanna see some nice entries

Is it like MrTo 2013, shared prizes with the russians? I guess so..

Not really, 3 iPads for 3 best entries of OUR community.

Finally the English community is getting incredible prizes. Thank you very much for giving us a chance.

1. Can we do it with friends?

According to Semyon, as long as you are in the video, and only one person is accepting the prize and crystals, more than one person is allowed to be in the video.

when it says 'you must be in the film' does it mean me as a person or my tank?

Your person.

Oh gosh hogree - so if I do it with friends and we get third for example, the material prize'll go to me because I posted the video, but can't the crystals/supplies be shared?

Reposted from Gen. discussion as suggested:

I noticed one of the new Tanki video contest rules is that you must first upload the video to YouTube, then grant the organizers exclusive rights to the video, but this is impossible, once you upload the video to YouTube you grant Google non-exclusive rights, therefore making it impossible to grant Tanki exclusive rights.

If you grant Tanki exclusive rights before uploading, then you break YouTubes TOS, unless you get permission from Tanki to post your own video!

Why do the organizers need exclusive rights anyhow? And by putting yourself in the video don't they need a model release to make any money off it anyways? Couldn't they be happy with non-exclusive rights? Because otherwise the rules are practically impossible to properly follow.

Perhaps I'm being a bit extreme about this, but demanding exclusive rights as opposed to non exclusive seems a bit absurd, what do you think?
