Question about score multiplier passes

The score multiplier pass says 'does not give an advantage in team battles'. Does this mean that you will earn no extra xp at all during a team battle, or does it mean that your score will stay normal, but your earned xp will be increased by the 30%? Basically, are score multiplier passes useless in team games?

you just get 13xp instead of 10xp / kill. So on 100 kills you get 1300xp instead of 1000 without  the pass.

Yeah, but will I get the 30% bonus in team battles as well? Or only in deathmatch? The description for the pass isn't really clear.

What it means is:

You get 13xp per kill, which is 30% extra.

In team battles, your score when pressing Tab will show as 10 points per kill, but in the score bar at the top, you'll still receive 13xp.

yep with pass you only get 30% more EXPERIENCE, not score in scorebar when pressing tab
