Which Computer?

Hey fellow tanki members! I am receiving my first computer (a desktop), and was thinking of getting an HP Envy Phoenix gaming desktop. Not only does it have impressive performance, it is also good for engineering in the future (my college major), as I will be keeping this laptop through the end of high school and college. However, I saw the alienware aurora, and while it costs more, I'm in love with it. I don't know which to get, as the HP is great at gaming and work (AutoCAD, etc), while the Alienware is a beast at gaming, and is also a great work computer. I'm stuck. Not looking for anything above 1000 dollars ( both comps have deals below 1000 dollars). FYI i look to play games like battlefield four and all on my comp, so need something with great graphics, but both computers have them.

MAke your own computer. :D Cheaper and more performance... And if you are only playing Tanki a 100 dollar GPU should be enough... Dont get ripped off by these companies.

Hey man, thanks for the reply. Like i said in the post, I will be playing big games on this (battlefield 4, mass effect 3, etc) + tanki. I did consider building my own, but have no experience, so I was quite skeptical about the option. Is there a way i can build an overkill computer for under 1000 dollars?

Dell makes Alienware.

So basically, they would have the same specs, but Alienware is the expensive version of Dell.

So get Dell.

Other than that, I might suggest an Asus. They make good PCs.

Or make one yourself.

There are tons of computer shops and services that will put together a computer for you, with parts that you decide. They have all the knowledge and experience to make sure it works, and their fee is usually pretty small, especially if you buy the parts from them. Either way you'll get a lot more bang for the buck. You can get a much better computer if you make it custom than buying a full set.
