Can't Establish Connection

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hello there,

I tried to get help from help@tankionline.com but the message does not seems to go thru.

Maybe you can help me.

On one of my computer I am unable to connect any of the server, getting the following message:

"Cannot establish connection (host: 62.152.57.11, ports: 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050)"

I went thru the forum but did not found anything that helped me getting thru. I did reset my host file (as per a post) already without success

I am on Windows 7 x64, and IE 9.0. I tried firefox and got the same.

Any help would be welcome

Kind Regards
Tom

I have added a rules to the firewall to open the port in question but still the same.

Testing the ports via some website and they still seems to be closed, but certainly because they are hidden

Are hidden ports an issue ?

Thanks for your help

Try using another browser, if this doesn't work. Try clearing all your cache/history.

It does the same with any browser, I tried the flash standalone as well and get same issue. I flushed all browsing cache and so on, and still the same.

This is not a router firewall issue as all the other computer are working fine. Opening the port via windows firewall does not seems to change anything either.

Hello, it means there's a problem with your internet or your computer, maybe the firewall (yes i read the part where you said you turned it off) try using another laptop, if the message went thru, it means the problem is in your laptop (which i highly suspect) as i just emailed them and the message passed successfully.
