Is it possible to have random weak days?

Is it possible, do to a glitch or other bug, to have days or battles where your hull and/or turrets are weaker then normal? As an example I was using m1 hunter m1 thunder and for some reason after firing 8 shots into an m1 wasp he still did not dye and he did not heal himself. And this happened most of the battle with more then one person. Lately I've been getting killed as if my tank was m0 again, and my turrets same to suffering the same fate.Is this even possible? Just so you know I'm an adult not a kid and  so I'm not whining. I'm normally a fairly effective player. I'm just wondering what has changed?

Maybe double armour at distance? Double power when you feel like m0?

Thunder loses power at distance to and maybe it was not a direct hit but splash damage?

I don't really know. I rarely use either of the two.

One thing can be: You joined a match, during the start of the match, you can't see whether someone is drugging (enabling all three supplies) or not. Once you or they die, you can see them drugging. As said by @ATHENA123, thunder loses damage at distance, splash damage etc. Or you are lagging for sure.

You were lagging, thus all of your shots never really happened, there's no such glitch that makes your gun weaker, only lags which pretty much makes you out of the game even if you are still seeing the map.

Thanks for your replies. Here is an update just for reference. Yesterday after my original post I was in a battle using m1 hunter and m1 thunder again, feeling the same as the day before (M0) I switched to M1 hornet M1 isida. When I went back into the same battle things now seemed to be back to m1 status. Using a lighter hull I seemed harder to kill. These were long range weapons as well so isidia was not an issue. So I went out and switched back to hunter/thunder, back into the same battle and things where back to what I expected from that combo.

I know this all sounds strange but I don't think I'm imagining it. I have had a few friends make similar comments to me as well. If I see anything else I will post. I'll also see if I can see any pattern to this. Again thanks for the replies.

There's a huge difference between not managing a weapon, and not getting what it suppose to do, for an example Railgun M3 kills a Wasp in only two shots, if i missed one + he had armor i can't say the gun isn't doing what it suppose to do, are you sure that's not happening to you? to be honest what you are telling is a bit blur and i can't figure out an idea of what's happening, Turrets/Hulls power doesn't "Go down" in any day, it stays the same.

I'll try clarify. I had a problem where I felt as if my tank (hull and turret combined) had reverted back to M0. I went in and out of several battles without changing my setup, no change in my perceived strength . After I finally switched my tank the problem seemed to  fix itself. Now i'm back to using the tank setup I was using when the problem started, and everything seems normal. To also clarify I'm very knowledgeable about the different turrets and their pros, cons, and use. I'm also knowledgeable about the different paints and their use. So as I said before, I don't feel as if I'm imagining it. I was not trying to suggest that this is by design. I was just wondering if there was anyway it could happen by accident. I dabble with a little programming myself, so my thinking was if the server looses part of  my configuration file, could it just revert to a default setting? And by me changing tanks, all of my settings got restored.  Again I'm not complaining about losing all the time, because I don't. I play lots of battles with ranks alot higher then me and generally do quite well. I'm just wondering if I've uncovered a glitch or bug that the programmers my want to fix. For now the problem seems to be gone.

....

Hi, it may be just a glitch, i'll personally forward this to the right person from the help team to read it and check if there's any such problem, as i can see, you wrote that the problem is solved for you, which is really good, i'll close this for now, further replies may be posted regarding this issue.
