Hi. Everybody posting topics about lagging. Sometimes the problems are low internet connection, browser caches, using chrome or etc. But my problem is very weird. I use flash player 11 and the last version of Opera. My computer have a graphic card. I cleared my browser and flash caches. All opinions are turned off but it still lagging. My internet connection

Try using Ethernet (plug-in) connection. Also, try changing your wifi channel to something else (this helps a ton). If a lot of people in your family are trying to use the wifi at the same time, then you're wifi performance will be a lot lower.
