Do you believe that everyone has a moral compass? Do you believe that it is formed through your upbringing? For example, if everyone, from birth, was told that slavery was right, would people still believe that it is wrong?

I would like to know your opinion on this.

1.No. Murders specially serial killers etc lack one.

2.Not entirely. It depends on the personality of each person. If a person is open-minded and curios enough he or she search, observe and eventually  form their own conclusion on what is right and wrong and not just blindly believe what is spoon-fed to them.

Erm wat? Explain pls Remaine

Lol why me

But sure - if I recall correctly, a moral compass is a person's natural instinct to do what is right and avoid doing wrong.

But I don't have a strong opinion on this - in fact, I can't actually answer the question.

I did not, I'm afraid.

Just because this question can turn into a heated discussion (and that I've been making a lot of threads on my alt) doesn't mean I made it. I am not Revivify.

No, because before the 18th century, being fat was considered Beautiful

Now being skinny is considered beautiful

And no the people in the 18th century, are NOT crazy, but rather everyone in that time period said fat girls were beautiful and everyone believed them

So the stuff that is being "spoon fed", is what you would believe in

I don't think beauty has anything to do with morals. Morals means this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morality

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/moral_compass

So maybe give another example :).
