No, traffic between client and players was removed, the game should go faster by now.

 

But because the servers are very overloaded, it's hard for someone to survive these lags.

Never had lag of busy servers, only internetlag which ment delay of receiving data making tanks spinning.

Now I lag to hell.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but the game is so laggy now it's not any fun and I always exit...

 

Just to let you know.. whatever the cause... my networks, the game updates... I don't know..

haven't tried yet playing on main server. Was busy in test server, running like hell with m3hornet + full speed upgrade. Its fun though and test is not always open..... so i will try main server

Same here, the game is now next to unplayable on Chrome, and yes that is AFTER PPAPI flash is disabled. Even on Firefox it hasn't gotten any faster like it was supposed to. If anything it's gotten worse.

I have the same issue. All the tanks start driving in circles, then for one second the game returns to normal, then back into lag.

@HostileTakeover:  It is for me.

 

1. I like Light Hulls.

 

2. I like every weapon

 

3. I like the joy of snatching crystals from enemies

 

4. I like the joy of killing multiple enemies with my DPS weapon

 

5. If you use Firebird/Freeze, it leaves a lasting effect. :)

 

(The only other option to kill people is to Mine the whole place up. Just don't die)

Yeah it can be fun but I just think that playing to collect crystals all of the time would get boring. I like to have some balance between me collecting crystals and playing in a team game mode. Unfortunately with the new lag it's made it harder for me to play in battles with my preffered weapon, the railgun, so I don't really know what to do. I just hope they work something out.

Why it's damage 24/7, unlike other guns like Railgun, where lags make your hits, well not hit. And then if you miss, you're going to have to reload. Depending on your PSU, mobo and other factors, a decent graphics card may should help. (If your having FPS lag)

Any tips on how to check ping to servers, etc? For the sake of helping out, what kind of tests can I run?

In google chrome open developer tools with F12 I believe and click NETWORK, reload the page and check how much ms everything takes to load.
