Hey everyone, I'm posting this cause the forums really dead now. Hopefully, we can get something new to excite everyone. I was even thinking a fresh new start with the forums for example clearing every topic, every post everything on the forum. (Except Dev Info). Also, so many high ranked players are leaving now due to the new physics and it gives us head aches when we are playing cause the game is so fast. Also, are we really that boring and scared we can't post anything not related to tanki that's useful in off topic. I think the community all has their opinions but this is truly becoming boring now. Not because of the players in the forum but what they post. I understand the moderators closing topics that aren't useful at all but what about the interesting ones they close?!! I really don't think this is right and I hope Semyon and the Community take a stand for it and change some stuff up. It's been the same old boring forum for about 7 months now. What is this I feel like i'm hanged! Also, the color of the forum.. Boring! Especially the default typing color. Can they make it  white or something that's not a blue as this. If we really wanted a perfect forum we should atleast try. Right now, I feel like were not trying at all. I though the "Helper" idea was going to change this forum around but it's still as boring as ever. New staff that had different ideas of this place? That be nice but what about the wonderful staff we have now? I feel like they go around punishing people and there jobs done. I wish they had some excitement and posted some interesting stuff to. Even if we do have are mistakes here and there we can all change that. Nobodys ever taken a stand and the one player who I see whos had is Selena12121. If you took the time to read all of this try to turn the forum around.

Nobodys ever taken a stand and the one player who I see whos had is Selena12121.

I did make that topic a while ago, but like I said people are still afraid of getting banned. Some people aren't and I know that, but because of what's been happening recently especially, it's very hard to improve the current terrible state of the forum.

Well, I guess I can't exactly say here else I'll get banned (oh the irony), but one thing could be to have more lenient rules.

Noone said that, offtopic section is for things outside Tanki.

Bans will always happen when rules are broken, no matter if players are afraid or not - its up to them :)

It's been the same old boring forum for about 7 months now.

I'd rather say 55 months.

IMO it would be horrible to have a forum which changes colors/layout every months/years/..., the actual color is fine for me.

We can't make these "new, interesting ones" without breaking rules - just an example, the evolution topic was originally locked. That's the whole thing.

That isn't actually true. IIRC, Damn_Slow made a stand about a rule being flawed and it was removed/changed. The idea that the rules will never be changed is not concrete but is just very unlikely.

 

Anyways, I try to make interesting topic in an attempt to engage people in discussions but the duration of the people don't know what I'm talking about and those who do are inactive.

Which one? I'm not talking about Clan rules, section rules or something like that, but for the Game rules.

Now I'd like to say a few words about the rules and moderation.

 

Developers create the game, manage and develop it. With the help of lawyers they also created the Game Rules, EULA, Cookies privacy, etc.

Developers choose moderators who apply those rules, in the form of warnings and bans for those who don't follow them.

 

Freedom always wants more freedom, then more, again. Changing rules, stuff like that - won't happen, unfortunately (for some of you). Game Rules are written by the legal department of AlternativaPlatform, they include legal stuff, lawyers, registrations, etc. as mentioned above. In short:

 

 

Another thing ladies and gentleman. When you registered in the game, you accepted the EULA and the Game Rules, you agreed to follow them by clicking "Register". It's the same as signing a real-life contract. Now, as you have done it, you have no right to break those conditions.

But as we all see, there are many of you who don't like the rules, don't want to follow them, etc.

 

You don't like the game? You don't like moderation? You don't like the rules? Leave. Sadly, this is not just a friendly advice, but a MUST.

 

ANY USE OF THIS GAME AND ITS SEPARATE OBJECTS MEANS THAT YOU ARE ACQUAINTED AND AGREE WITH THE UNDERWRITTEN AGREEMENT, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT ALL ITS TERMS.

@FC_BayernMunchen well hes not exactly the best player we've had but hes not that bad.

Interesting, not related to Tanki topics don't get closed, that's what offtopic section is for. IMO I'm right
If you have examples of offtopic topics closed without a reason, send them to my PM or to yele's later (it's disabled at the moment)

Just saw this part, I voted up your post before you add that.

You don't want the rules to be changed, then what? Rules can stay but allow players to break them? The part about not liking moderation was already answered here, as well as in the last post.
