Strategies!

Here you can post your strategies on different teams in different maps. Nobody’s perfect at Tanki and we can all learn a trick or two from our fellow Tanki players

Please include the team, map, and good places to place mines (if you know of any). Make your strategy detailed so that others can learn it and become better tankers!

Here is an example for the red team on Silence:

 

Silence: Red team: go to side to right of flag, wait for a heavy tank to charge or the main group to advance for the flag.  If the heavy takes it, create a roadblock for him to clear the enemies from following him, if your teammates are caught up in battle, charge for the flag (do not fire! That takes time, just sprint) at the end of the ramp go up diagonally (in order to avoid mines and land on or near the flag) and, once you have the flag, drive off the edge and fire once, so you don’t flip over. Then simply capture the flag.

Mine placement:  if you have mines and you are a defender, you should place mines in these locations.

1. Near the flag.

1. Place mines in two parallel lines on the right and left sides of the flag

1. Defending your position

1. If you’re on the left side of the map on the square platform, place a straight line of mines across the opening where the blue team comes from.

1. Defending the mid-field line 
2.  On the right side of the map, place mines on that ramp (I call it the short ramp even though it’s longer than the other ramp.)

yea,once i saw a isida guy killed and all his mines(were over 50 placed near the flag) dissapeared :o  :o

@Buggati: Yeah. I love killing Miners like him. I love to 1-shot him with Railgun. I make him go Full-drug, then I get killed. However, I come back and hide. Then when I see his drugs wear off, I immediately go Full-drug and 1-shot him. Haha.

When I put Mines, I automatically go into a hiding tactic. I keep laying Mines and keep myself out of sight. Although when I do that I usually have something like Smoky/Railgun on. Then I can just sneak a few shots in if  I have to. :D

 

I do not show myself until all Mines are detonated. :ph34r:

I have a sort of charge tactic where I chase my oponents! Or If I see an enemy tank and I'm en route I'll stop and shoot till it blows up, then move on.

please leave detailed tactics, these short ones may help but they are very obvious and it would be nice to have a variety of different tactics and maps.
