What To Do About a Flag Blocker?

When you have managed to escape the enemies territory with their flag and your tank intact, only to be met by some Mammoth or Titan sitting on your flag, waiting for the enemy shots to blow your tank up so he can take and capture it, claiming some nice unearned exp and points that should have gone to you, what's your favorite way to react to the situation?

 

Personally I jump off the edge with the flag if possible, especially if we don't absolutely need the flag or even if we did, I'd rather jump and lose than give a mult the flag. I also try and vote him out but that never happens.

 

For me recording and uploading the required evidence for a ban isn't an option.

 

What do you think should be done, would you rather give a mult a flag and win, or jump over the edge, denying the mult his opportunity at ill gotten gain?

for me winning is more important than getting score and etc.... but sometimes in my rank if something same happens ... i am starting to push that guy standing on the flag and i am always getting help from my team mates... :)

I sometimes get help from my teammates, but in case i dont and he gets the flag, i try to troll him

maybe if you have the flag you can enter in that titan or mammoth if 1) You are a few metres away

There are plenty of ways. If you can.

 

• If there is a higher platform, go on there and jump on him/flag. Haha.
• If he is a Slow Mammoth, back up, and drop the flag. When he moves off of flag and moves forward, grab the flag, and race around him, and capture it.
• Circle him.
• Wait until enemies come, and hide. Let him die.
• Push him/her off. Easy now since Mammoth means nothing. And can be pushed by other tanks.
• Vote.

Personally I usually always get the flag captured by avoiding those Mults. Very easy to avoid them, or capture the flag even if they're squatting on it. . . .

 

If it is NOT possible however, I advise this. Give it to ANOTHER teammate to capture, not the Mult.

 

If you don't need the flag, well jump off.

 

Or just go hide somewhere, Haha. When using this, use a long-range weapon to make the most out of it. So you'll still be able to get kills and earn points.

@Dan: I dunno man. That's kinda racist. . . .Russians I meet are pretty nice. Competitive sure. But very nice. Able to share flags with people. I find them quite nice, and it's cool when we exchange simple phrases or symbols like a smiley face or a ''cnc'' . ..
