Why I don't play with Generalissimos

So I was playing some short sandbox CTF's. The rank limits were . Midway through, a warrant officer made a very stupid decision to click the "Play" button in the lower right hand corner... First of all, hello, use your damn brain. If you're going to play with lieutenants and majors, bring a M2 combo, not your noob M0 Thunder/M0 Hornet. I don't care if you're actually playing, trying to cap flags, or even drugging, but seriously, just leave. He didn't do a damn good thing to my team and I later switched to Mammoth to defend. I was waiting forever for the downvote thing to show up, but it never did.

So, I just wish that Tanki could change the rank limits or at least make it a requirement to have a certain M combo to join specific battles. Like in the battle mentioned above, only M2 combos would be accepted. To relate this to the title and what I said above, I think it's BS that WO5's can play with Generalissimos. Even if you're using M2 Isida/M2 Mammoth and healing everyone, do you not realize that a M3 Isida/M3 Mammoth would be more effective than you?

If u r not liking the presence of lower ranks u yourself can change the battle instead of blaming others. If in a battle a WO3 can play he can play. He has the full right. You r no one to make him leave the batle. Get this very clear.

It is okay if he can join, but if he KNOWS that he won't be able to do anything or isn't doing anything in the match, then why did he even bothered to join, stay in the battle?

Play dm loads of low ranks at your rank you won't have to moan or play pro battles where nub m1 s don't go

Wrong. I was in a pro battle, in second place and the battle was for around my rank to the Gen rank. I got kicked, and i had isida M3.  :mellow:

Cuz when playing with generalissimos then you need to have M3 combo! If you are low rank they will kick you or they will not work maps for your rank cuz then they call you mult in battle! You haven't drugs maybe or they what put in one team all your clan!

No, nothing wrong with Generalissimos, in fact, there's no real reason to mention Generalissimos at all in this thread.

 

It's more about people not liking the fact lower ranked people enter their battles with less than ideal weapons/hulls for the situation.

Bayern is a buyer,he expects that everyone must have emerald and top paints from kits..

DId I ever say that? No, I did not. I'm not saying that everyone should be a buyer or anythinig. I'm saying that players should stay in their rank range, e.g. a WO1 should not play with Majors

Why would you play with gens anyway? Why not stick around your own rank, few up perhaps, and hone yourself to be a good tankman?

No point chasing after the rabbit, try to be the best in your own category. You'll be generalissimo yourself one day, in the meantime just play and enjoy the game, you'll rank fast enough. 


And as for rank limits in the battle, just remove lower ranks when you're creating a battle, choose yours and a couple below, and problem solved...

No point chasing after the rabbit, try to be the best in your own category. You'll be generalissimo yourself one day, in the meantime just play and enjoy the game, you'll rank fast enough.

I know I cannot force them, and everyone starts with a low rank/low combo. But did that WO3 really not find a battle up to WO3, where he had a chance of doing better?

And it really is his right to join the battle regardless of rank. Plus low rankers joining high rank battles generally get crys faster. Unless they suck. Then that's a different story.

I am just wondering, would you earn more crystals when you join a battle with generalissimo?

The correct answer is no.

How could you, as a lower rank, They have the better gear, can kill you easy and you yourself have a hard time getting a kill at all.

 

The only way to get alot of crystals is, when they play for you and leave, so you get the fund, but who would do that?

Today, I had a horrible mult in my battle. He was a WO4 and had M0 Twins/Wasp, he had 0 destroys and more than 50 deaths. He wasn't even in the battle to collect crystals. I can't believe someone could be this stupid and waste their time when they can't even get a single destroy.
