Recent flash Player problem. Please Help.

Recently, when I enter a battle parts of the picture are fuzzy / blurred / unclear.

 

If I click the settings ( cog ) menu and untick " Automatic Graphics Quality " then click save - great, problem solved. 

 

No its not - if I log out or go on the forum etc and later log back in to a battle - the setting has not been saved.

 

It is very easy to forget to untick the AGQ every time and enter a battle then have to mess around unticking the AGQ - takes about a minute if it is done whilst in battle.

 

Can you help with a solution please?  (FBI maybe)

How about enabling them yourself? 

Instead of "AGQ", remove the tick and choose the options that you want,it should save.

Removing ticks & enabling was not the problem - saving changes long term was.

I’ve cracked it. AGQ ticked is the default - ok before the updates.

AGQ unticked & enabled settings are saved in a cookie - if your IE internet options are set so that the cookie is deleted - next log on, you will revert to the default AGQ ticked.

I changed my IE9 options and :tank:
