Can't play Tanki!

I just got new computer and install windows7 unlimited. I gone to the site and press start and it's stopped on gray screen.On other computer,I can enter! Yeah its 1. time I enter on this computer and I know that needs more time to load,but its too much time.It's kinda broken!

        I was go to help,try to do it,but settings button was gray too!

        I tried other way,but there wasn't tanki site!!! :(

        What I can do?

 

 

Just another queston! An moderator sayed me that he will add crystals from twitter contest next day,but he didn't.

Do you know when they will add my crystals? :(

1) It's a fresh pc, leave it load the game for a couple of minutes

2) Who said you will get them next day? we said you will get them  before the discount, date is unknown :)

What is your internet connection speed?

It's 54.0 Mbps

^ Yes, that happens a lot. Try going to servers less crowded. When this happens to me, I go to servers that have around 2000 people. There will be a decent amount of battles.

its because its the first time, so everything needs to be set up, wait a bit longer, or of the problem persists use a different browser.

This problem will be either your internet seeing Tanki Online as an unsafe site because it happened to me or your computer just not getting enough time to set up the conection and settings.

I know what the problem is, it happened to me on several occasions

 

just update your flash and shockwave player, update java and make sure firewall permits them on the web

After 7:00 pm (Pakistan) Tankionline loads very slow n sometimes the chat is there but the other two colum dont come :( .Plz tell what to do
