Test Server Help

Hi.  I'm still kind of new around here, but I have a question about the test servers.  I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, or if this question had already been answered; if it has, please let me know.  Anyway, on to my question:

 

It seems that now only test servers 5 and 6 seem to be working.  1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 are offline, and have been for a while.  This wouldn't be much of a problem, but in test server 5 and 6, I start out as a Recruit again.  When I try to add crystals or xp, I get "Chat command failed."  I am using the /addcry *** and /addscore *** commands.  In test servers 1 and 3 (when they were working), I was automatically a Generalissimo with 99,999,999 crystals and life was good!   :D   Now, however, test servers 1 and 3 have been offline for almost a week, and life is no longer good.   -_-   Why has this happened?  I realize that most of the time people play on the main servers, but once in a while, it's nice to just relax, have all of the m3 weapons and hulls, and not worry about how big the battle fund is.  In other words, just play Tanki for the fun of it.

 

Basically, my question comes down to this.  Why have the chat commands stop working, why have you shut down test servers 1 and 3, and will they be back anytime soon?  Again, I apologize if this has been addressed somewhere else, but I don't see any threads relating to this topic, since what I'm referring to has only happened in the last week or so.

Test server 1 and 3 are off for some reason or no reason, only devs know. And in test server 5,6 chat commands are off. they are on when they are necessary to test. For example you have an account of generalissomo with 99 999 999 crys because that time devs gave the crys to test players about micro upgrade. But now testing its not necessary so they are turned off

Only the developers know when test will be open, or when chat commands will work.

Thanks.  Yes, I understand, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.   ;)   Servers 1 and 3 always had a different log in screen as well; it was a more polygonal version of the normal log in screen, with different colors.  That's why I was wondering if it was a different type of test server.
