Would the rules for dueling change after micro upgrade update?

 The number one rule of dueling states " Players have to use matching equipment (identical hulls/turrets).". But after the micro update everyone would have guns/hulls of different configuration. So it would be hard to find someone whose gun/hull are of the same power. The rule has to be changed but what's it gonna be?

never heard of propass?? you can turn MU off. that option will be available in the menu.
