You lot need to REREAD the rules. It said they CAN take a picture off google, but it will DECREASE they're chances of winning, now stop being noobs just because u didn't win OK.

Then why weren't there chances deceased?

Why is it that 5 out of 9 of the winners backgrounds were off google?

 

Why is it that the buddyguy's pics background is off google and yet he won first place?

There chances were not decreased,  they were inflated

I am ping a sinlior staff member to review and choose th right winners, I will pm some who doesn't take bribes and actually understands in art...

Viking I thought he would know which art was original and which was not....

The ones who acually made their own background didn'tt win while some else. Won with help of google...

If I knew it was aloud to steal pics for the contest I would have put a tank on the best background in the world and win.....

Viking said in rules that originality is a plus, yet the ones who did as he asked lost, while the ones who broke rules won..

Viking better fix this before tomorrow or I will rise an argument because of this..

Plz tell me why u choose the winners who just stole pics from the web, can you even judge a pic? Half of th winners have a tank on an epic background....

U just choose winners because they are your friends and the 3 winner, his pic terriable he put a tank on the background and painted leafe brush... U call that art? Do u even know what art is?

I just showed the topic to my father and he said that half of the pics are stolen, he also said that he knows the original owners of the backgrounds, if I send them an email I bet that they will sue the winner enter and tanki for allowing such things to be allowed, so mr judge explain that....

But it ain't fare, i didn't do the best pic, but i deserve at list 10 000 crystals for my work, the 3 entire is terrible, the guy just painted the tank with leaf brush and he won!

And player1 edited his pic, at first he had another pic, then he switched, that is against the rules, viking told made his rules and broke his rules...

Plus buddyguy and player just found an epic background and put a tank with some effects that is not originality, as viking told:

Players that enter with work that is not their original creation will be disqualified.

Buddyguy, player, mds, are all entries that were taken from Google and edited....

Is that originality....

Also if gio, sonofdeath, eragon33, and a few others are not rewarded for their originally, i will then contact the original owners of the stolen pics and tell them....

Although they may have just found images off Google and edited tanks on them, that appears to have been the main point of the contest. Although it is technically illegal if they don't own the rights to the original images, copyrights are rarely enforced in instances like this. I made my own to avoid copyright problems, but some people aren't as worried about such things.

 

However if the owners of these images were to discover this and go after the contestants, the maximum punishment for copyright infringement in this country is 5 years prison stay and $250,000 fine, if the images in question are worth 2.5 thousand dollars or more (which they may very well be.)

Maybe we don't deserve the top 3 winners but we 100% deserve to have a small reward, viking didn't choose the best entries, he choose the best players who were his friends....

Which is against the rules if you are staff, as semyon said here: using your powers for personal gain

Now i don't mean disrespect, but don't you think we deserve a reward?
