Why Cant we have Noob Clan's

Low ranked players are not experienced enough for the responsibility of making a clan/team, this is why the new rules was published, from now on team making is only allowed from the rank of major, this keeps team wars and team battles fun, interesting, this rules will never be changed, of course you can make a un-official team if you want, but then no lucky 7, or any other official clan/team contests.

what about having a noob version, and a pro version of a clan, when a player becomes a third luitenent, he may promote to the pro version of the clan.

[edit]( this is just extra, but tell me if you like it)- And what about having a Super pro(other names can be given) version of the clan, when the player becomes a brigader, he may promote to the third or the super pro version of the clan. The clan wars may be divided into three parts, too. This will ensure that the generalissimos don't crush the poor third luitenents.

well you can do that, but as i said it wouldn't be fun with out m2-m3's
