Cleared browser and flash memory

All graphic settings are turned off. When i respawn fps is like 60 and when i am fighting it is as low as 15-16.

Also i have seen that even if i shoot my rail before my enemy's rail, it hits him after his' hits me.

What to do?

I was playing in Subway sunndenly lagg started and after 5 min I was removed from the battle and i didn't got any crystal  :angry:  :angry:

Try playing on less crowded servers. I choose servers around 2000 people. You'll find a decent amount of battles, don't worry.

Is google chrome good for tanki?

It's a decent browser, but I would recommend not using it, because there are bugs with the Flash or whatever. I use Opera and it works fairly well for Tanki. You said your fps is 60 when respawning and 15ish when fighting. This is normal; your fps will always drop when firing your weapon.
