Isida M3 or Freeze M3?

they are wrong,i will go for freezer ;)

freezer has a longer duration of 6 seconds,for every second does 56hp,in total 336 hp

isida has a 5 second duration,with 50hp per second,total 250hp

that 58 hp from isida is for the healing!

Mhmm, but, thats the only down point for Isida... Isida can heal and it ca also take out a freeze head-on. I will still be getting freeze M2 :)

A Freeze of the same modification and the same hull will take out an Isida head on but will have barely any HP left. Just saying that it's the other way around. (Unless you guys can't use your Freeze in that way so you get knocked out instead.)

Alex, you can't really say they're wrong as such considering you have no M3s despite being your main being a Marshal. You can disagree with it but there is no right or wrong.

Go for Isida because if you think an Isida can beat a Freeze head-on then you've obviously played more with Isida.

I never said you're wrong otherwise I would've contradicted myself.

IIRC, the garage doesn't tell you how the duration turrets shoot so it seems like you're making guesses.

I'll conduct these tests myself and see what happens.

And I don't know why you'd cough up 218300 crystals if a sale is imminent. But that's up to you, as long as you can still afford what you're getting.

Come on guys. Stop arguing. I hope you don't mind me giving my opinion. islda is better but I haven't looked at the stats. This just comes from playing wit both weapons and making a judgement. If what you say is true About freeze doing more damage than islada who cares because can freeze self heal, can freeze heal ally's . I think the answer is no. And wit micro upgrades out now who knows what will happen.

I don't have to elaborate on every aspect when it comes to why I think Freeze is better due to the fact that I only have to compare it to one other turret.

But I'll put it into a list of bullet points:

- More power than Isida

- More rotation speed than Isida (for those who turn their turret a LOT like I do, high rotation speed is vital)

- More range than Isida

- Freeze can put you stuck in a place (despite that being nerfed, it's still very annoying)

 

The only reasons I see why Isida could possibly be better is because of:

- The fact it can heal 

- Cheaper (though not that much cheaper)

Well some of the reasons you have stated above can be micro upgraded (eg: damage and rotation speed) and so why don't you take another hit and try and convice me

Isida = strong, get's job done, good for battles, efficient XP.

Freeze = strong, but annoying, hard to get kills with it. More of a defensive role than an offensive weapon. Exception is when its on drugs.

Im going with Isida because I can get Freeze later on easily as I will have it at M2 after this sale. Remaine is right.

 

Edit: The people I have consulted are extremely successful and pro tankers :)
