Thank you for Christmas

Thanks for this nice Christmas. I had lost 2 gold boxes and hundreds of crystal drops just because of lags.

After losing first gold I though it's ok, who cares, it is just 3k, but later on I lost one more, I drove first on it but it didnt count to me, the man who was 2nd just drove and stole my gold. Thanks to administration (help@tankionline.com) for the most useless and slowest help in the world's history, unwillingness to solve the problem, they just wanted to faster get through all the tickets. 

This game rullz, keep on going like this.

Did you even follow the correct procedure and format for your email? Did you insult them in your email?

Okay this what you have to do i had the same problem but now fixed , clean your cache on all of the browsers , delete all junk using a comp cleaning software like cleanmymac 2 , and close all softwares while playing tanki , also use fullscreen mode in your browser that way ur com focuses on the open tab , also writing to tanki about missing a gb with ought good pictures or proof it was the games fault will not help.Also turn your graphics down that can help especially skybox and dl.Hope it helps.

It really isn't nice to say things with having absolutely no idea about what's happening.

What is a "fast" and "willing to help" tech support for you? To tell them "I miss this and that please add it to my account" and after 10 minutes, someone to come and do it? Well sorry, but it just doesn't work that way. You can't get any refund nor lost gold without having proof. Why - because if support was refunding everything with no proof, all players would start sending fake emails, knowing that way they can get more crystals.

 

In short, if you lost a gold, you think it was unfair, servers' fault, and you have strong proof (picture showing you touching the gold, or a video), send it to help@tankionline.com and you'll get the crystals. But if you don't have proof - unfortunately, nothing can happen.

 

Thread closed as noone from the forum can help you to get back that gold, good luck with help@tankionline.com and happy holidays :)
